We spent one week at the Bedarra for a family wedding at the Outrigger, we had a wonderful time, the staff are fantastic ,especially Jonathon who went out of his way to help a family member who had to go to hospital with a bad case of flu. Rooms were spacious and clean, the restaurant was fantastic, great 5 star food, the pool was lovely, much better than staying a the Outrigger that was so big and crowded, happy hour each day was fantastic, great value for money, will stay there again.
Beachfront relaxation - couldn't ask for more!
My partner and I recently stayed at the Bedarra Beach Inn and had a wonderful time. We were visiting the Coral Coast to attend a friend's wedding at The Outrigger on the Lagoon Resort (800 metres next door) and I can honestly say that we had a superior experience for a third of the room rate. The Bedarra is very relaxed with a fantastic restaurant catering for all tastes and the staff are so friendly, willing to help with any request. The rooms are spacious, clean and airy and many have been newly renovated. The restaurant and bar area has a lovely feeling and there's a fantastic happy hour with half price cocktails each day. The pool though small is more than enough to cool off in, and there are plenty of sun lounges to laze away the afternoon on. The inn itself is surrounded by lush gardens and has a beachfront view. The room rates, restaurant and bar prices are very reasonable and everything is of an excellent standard. I'd highly recommend the Bedarra Beach Inn for all travellers - couples, families, friends or solo travellers - there were all kinds of travellers staying at Bedarra Beach Inn and it was clear that everyone was having a very relaxing time. If you are looking for the relaxed pace of a small inn of around about 30 rooms compared to a huge resort like the Outrigger (which has hundreds of rooms), then the Bedarra is where you will feel right at home. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and we loved our stay.
For the price you pay this is a great place!
good location, friendly staff, clean rooms.
Our first time in Fiji and certainly not our last we could not have picked a better spot. The staff were friendly and fantastic with nothing to much trouble. The meals were first class and happy hour was always great. Our room was clean and spacious and serviced every day.
This our fifth time "home" to this Fijian paradise. I can't praise everyone enough. Rooms are recently beautifully renovated, spacious, spotlessly kept by housekeeping. Same day laundry service. The menu and cuisine is five star. In three weeks we didn't have one bad experience, Chef special are excellent. Breakfast is a treat and lunch a perfect balance. Best curries on the Coral Coast! A perfect holiday, beach, pool, BBI spa, fabulous food, not to be missed happy hour, and the most exceptional staff. Nothing is too much trouble. That is what "home" is like, being with friends. That is why we love coming back. See you all in 2015!
Relaxing and welcoming
A wonderful relaxing place with fantastic staff. My Husband and I and our 2 young children stayed a week. It was very easy, relaxing and the staff were very helpful and attentive.
They made us feel very welcome and nothing was a problem. It was so nice to sit by the pool and relax with the kids. They loved the board games we could borrow to use, particularly our son as we taught him how to play chess.
Johnathon in particular was fantastic and adored by our little girl. The musicians were also very accommodating and played music for her. She loved sitting amongst them and "joining in".
lovely lovely people, Villi, Pena, Sala it as so nice to meet you. Everyone was very friendly.
The room was great, just perfect for us. It was serviced everyday and they even placed my little girls Teddy back on her bed on her pillow.
The restaurant and food was also very affordable and great food.
The beach is just across the road (more of a track than a road - there is no through traffic). we took the opportunity to take out one of the Kayaks. It was great.
Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. we miss you all already.

We were impressed by the location, beachfront, the services, the room and the total atmosphere of the hotel. It's 5 minutes' walk from Outrigger where we could take coaches to Suva, Nadi and the local town of Sigatoka.
We were impressed by the traditional songs to welcome and farewell us. We enjoyed and appreciated the traditional kava ceremony and the taste of Lovo.
It was quite a memorable holiday and I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay at Bedarra in early July 2014. Very comfortable large rooms with great coastal views, abundant breakfasts and great restaurant menu. Happy hour daily is a must evening activity around the curved bar. Why Bedarra? - very reasonable rates and very positive comments on Trip Advisor. Being sung the Anniversary song on our 25th wedding anniversary night by musicians and staff in the restaurant was a lovely unexpected touch. Best part is the friendly staff who do not hesitate to assist and make your stay comfortable. We'll be back!
Bedarra Beach Inn
The staff were very friendly Sala & Johnathon always remembered our names. All of the meals were excellent the lobster curry was yum, always looked forward to the Happy Hour every afternoon.Even though the room didn't have a TV or phone that made it even more relaxing, the room was nice and serviced every day. We would recommend the Bedarra Beach Inn to couples and families. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay with you,a memorable holiday. All the best to all of you.

Our week away from the winter chill of Melbourne was made even warmer by the friendly and helpful staff, in particular Jiten, Sala, Jonathon, Betta, Penaia and Abel and the boys in the band and the staff behind the bar. Our room was comfortable, clean and well serviced. I particularly want to commend whoever it was that wrote the notes in room guest folder - very amusing, and went a long way to setting the tone of the place. (I think the same person wrote the *Required Field tick box comments when submitting a review.) The welcome and farewell songs were very touching. If we're not back in person, someone we recommend will be. Bula, Vinaka and Moce.
